This position works out of our Sturgis, MI location in the Abbott Nutrition division. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Coordinate activities for the team to ensure delivery of all key performance metrics including those in EHS, Quality, Finance, Productivity and PeopleLead efforts required delivering quality and compliance performance for the shift/line of accountability. Initiate, manage and make decisions which impact product qualityManage budget accountability for Headcount, Overtime, and direct expenses for a shift and/or lineUnderstand all key performance indicators, driving and executing plans for improvement through team engagementDrive a culture of engagement through the team and departmentDirectly supervise team and participate in staffing activitiesManage 9 direct reportsYou’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
Required Qualification
High School Diploma/GEDBachelor’s degree in business, science, food technology or engineering OR 2+ years’ supervisory experience in a regulated industryIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. The base pay for this position is $66,700.00 – $133,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
