What you will do-
As a Loaner Operations Supervisor, you will provide on-site leadership to the Bloomington team that is responsible for the daily processing (receipt, inspection, replenishment, and shipment) of centralized inventory for the Trauma & Extremities Division. In this role, you will focus on team leadership, operational efficiency, talent development, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and prepare for system transformation. Additionally, you will:
Lead the team through changes associated with ERP transformation and shift alignment, to enhance service levels across the national branch networkProvide leadership and develop talent through mentorship and development conversations and through setting clear performance expectations through KPIs and structured tiered meetingsCommunicate organizational vision and priorities effectively, serving as a change agent who aligns the team with evolving business needs and future-state transformationsDrive continuous improvement and develop new processes that align with future state vision through lean principles and structured problem-solving techniquesBalance competing priorities across teams, demonstrating strong planning, delegation, and execution skills while maintaining high service standards and timely outputServe as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily kit processing, shipments, and service deliverySupport compliance with corporate and divisional quality standards, ensuring adherence to quality management systems, regulatory policies, and operational procedures.Represent the function in cross-functional initiatives and decision-making forums, contributing to strategic planning, process alignment, and execution of department-wide goals.What you need-
Required
Bachelor’s degreeAt least 4 years of work experience in related field, such as inventory control, production, and/or customer serviceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)Preferred
5 or more years of experience with inventory control and/or materials managementAt least 2 years of experience in a leadership role or management/supervisory positionKnowledge of ERP systems and/or inventory transactions within systemsExperience utilizing Visio$81,100.00 - 129,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
