Job Description

Ensuring exceptional customer service for guests. A Front Office Supervisor ensures the smooth operations of all guest services. They train and supervise staff, set work schedules, and provide feedback to team members. In addition, Front Office Supervisors have a keen eye for detail that enables them to identify any areas in need of improvement in relation to customer satisfaction. They must also adhere to safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. Front Office Supervisors need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. 

Welcome guests and provide excellent customer serviceSupervise and oversee the performance of front desk and guest service agentsEnsure timely and accurate check-in and check-out for guestsAddress guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionallyTrain new staff members on company policies and proceduresMonitor and manage room reservations and availabilityPrepare daily reports and perform administrative tasksHandle cash and credit card transactions, and balance cash drawerFoster a positive work environment and lead by exampleMaintain a clean and organized lobby and public area.

Qualifications

Degree in Hospitality or a related field, as well as several years of experience in customer service management.
