A day in the Life:Lead and manage a team of 3-6 manufacturing technicians.Ensure adherence to cGMP regulations and company policies.Promote safety and continuous improvement within the team.Keys to Success:

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate outstanding leadership, strict compliance with regulations, and a proven ability to drive process improvements. Your ambition and dedication will be key to successfully implementing our manufacturing standards.

EducationBachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.At least 2 years of supervisory experience highly desired.Proven track record in managing diverse teams.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesDetailed understanding of cGMPs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to adhere strictly to all PPE requirements within cGMP manufacturing.Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires the ability to gown aseptically, sit and stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift, walk, and perform manual tasks. Specific vision requirements are necessary to fulfill documentation duties.
