Your ambition and dedication will be key to successfully implementing our manufacturing standards. **A Day in the Life:** + Lead and manage a team of 3-6 manufacturing technicians. + Ensure adherence to cGMP regulations and company policies. + Promote safety and continuous improvement within the team. **Keys to Success:** **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. **Experience** + 4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing environment. + At least 2 years of supervisory experience highly desired. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Detailed understanding of cGMPs. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. + Proven track record in managing diverse teams. + Ability to adhere strictly to all PPE requirements within cGMP manufacturing. **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** + This role requires the ability to gown aseptically, sit and stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift, walk, and perform manual tasks. + Specific vision requirements are vital to fulfill documentation duties. **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
