**Position Purpose:** The position will supervise all claims related pass-through billing with (3) direct reports.
+ Ensures assigned area completes work timely, accurately and within established departmental guidelines. Prepares, reviews and reconciles information on accounting system related to specific assigned area of responsibility. Advises management of performance issues and proactively makes recommendations for process improvement.
+ Assists department management in scheduling and directing the activities of the department. May requires coordination of resources from various departments in order to achieve goals and complete projects.
+ Identifies best practices and proactively develops/coordinates improvements in processes or automated systems. Assists management in identifying opportunities that will reduce operating costs for department.
+ Directly supervises, coaches and develops non-exempt staff. Hires, trains and reviews performance of all assigned staff. Proactively evaluates and plans staffing and workflow processes for assigned area. Makes recommendations for staffing changes as workload requires. Makes recommendations for staff salary changes as appropriate. Initiates performance improvement plans upon identification of performance deficiencies.
+ As an escalated point of contact, uses interpersonal skills to foster a positive working environment and resolve conflicts. Establishes and maintains amicable relations with internal business partners and external vendors.
+ Assumes responsibility for the compilation and preparation of reports and communications as requested by management, as required by governmental agencies, or as deemed appropriate.
+ Prepares and supervises completion of projects as required by management. Represents department at project meetings as needed.
+ Acts as knowledge resource for associates and customers regarding departmental and Company policies and procedures.
+ Performs other administrative, supervisory or project-related tasks as assigned.
**Education/Experience:** Two-year degree or equivalent work experience; Specialized training in specific area of responsibility is helpful. Minimum two years applicable work experience in a related environment with minimum one year experience in a supervisor/manager capacity.
**Preferred Advanced Technical Skills:**
Proficent in SQL and advanced excel
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
