A day in the Life:Supervise and mentor a dedicated team to achieve outstanding customer happiness.Coordinate the successful implementation of OPCC projects.Lead OMS activities ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.Keys to Success:Proven leadership capabilities.Ability to compete and thrive in a dynamic environment.Strong collaborative and communication skills.EducationUniversity diploma or equivalent experience required.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a customer service role.Experience in managing complex projects.Familiarity with OMS and OPCC processes.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong problem-solving skills.Ability to determine and implement effective solutions.Excellent organizational abilities.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentWork involves occasional travel and the ability to work in various customer environments. Must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed.
