What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.Qualifications for internal applicants:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experienceStrong leadership skillsPreferably with inbound customer service experience.Last annual performance rating of at least 3.No record of disciplinary action for the last year. No Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) in the previous 12 months. Classified as high potential talent and perceived as future leader. Open to current M1s, P2s and P3 level with POC experience.What is expected of you and others at this level
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staffAdministers and executes policies and proceduresEnsures employees operate within guidelinesDecisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customersFrequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levelsInteractions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolutionCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
