This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable the client to future-proof their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences. The global team will consist of individuals from over 70+ markets, all operating with the same vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow. **Responsibilities** Our Client Operations Department manages client-specific operational tasks across the entirety of the assigned account. We centralize and standardize fundamental work required across all pieces of business as well as bring tactical and detail-oriented work streams together to find smarter, faster ways of working. We create a space for those whose strengths include being highly organized problem-solvers. We help differentiate Starcom from our competitors, and provide a critical foundation to new hires within the company, prior to potential rotations to other practice areas. + Connect with Strategy and Investment peers on account-specific requests + Oversee & lead Financial tasks: + Centralizing buy authorizations + Compiling ordered vs. approved reports + Preparing billing and budget documents + Answering internal & client questions related to media billing and budgets + Ensure compliance for tasks such as: + Handling client-specific billing procedures + Product codes and other systems work + Create/carry out workflows & processes such as: + Billing verification process project management + Ensure accuracy of data pulls from various systems (Media Tools) + Compile, or guide team members in compiling, client-specific reporting (e.g. publisher spend, modeling data, diversity reporting) + Offer administrative support, training and trouble-shooting for Media Tools and other agency systems + Participate in and/or lead team meetings, coordinate social events client-related functions + Provide support on new business pitches, as needed + Lead, train and mentor junior team members **Qualifications** + 3+ years of project management, operations or closely related experience within an advertising agency setting + Proficiency in making progress/completing work, even with overlapping deadlines + An individual who equally cares about their own career as well as the Associates + The ability to rock the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PPT and XLS (where filtering, pivoting, and charts and graphs building are key) + Quantitative and analytical skills, yet willingness to adopt a role that requires a mix of art and science. + Strong communication skills with the ability to work across several teams of varying levels of professionals + Excellent organizational and project management skills + Experience developing and communicating complex thoughts and ideas **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
