**Overview**
We are looking for a Manager of Client Finance to join our team! This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client financial operations and workflow. The Manager of Client Finance will work closely with the rest of the Client Finance team, and partner with Corporate Finance, other various internal departments, and Zenith client teams to effectively maintain agency standards, ensuring that deadlines are met, and the agency is compliant with corporate guidelines and requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor billing status reports on a daily/weekly basis to ensure that all billing deadlines are met and all billable dollars are billed.
+ Review all billing generated by either agency or shared service for accuracy (addresses, commission, month(s) of service, etc).
+ Generate or review all client required reporting for completion and accuracy.
+ Monitoring various deadlines and agency obligations on client contracts and managing those through to completion
+ Monitor 90+ day agency discrepancies and generate emails to agency personnel for resolution.
+ Generate client fee billing, as required and process billable expense/OOP paperwork to shared service. Monitor WIP reports to ensure job completion.
+ Help to resolve media payable issues with shared service and/or the agency for discrepancy resolution on payable inquiries
+ Help to resolve accounts receivable issues with Corporate Finance or shared service if invoices are rejected or in question.
+ Work with shared service, agency, or clients (where appropriate) on resolution of problems or questions in a professional, proactive, and helpful manner.
+ Establish and maintain excellent relationship with clients, where appropriate.
+ Assist with client audits, when necessary.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration (accounting/finance majors preferred) or equivalent work experience
+ 3+ years of professional experience in Media (preferably in Finance or Operations)
+ Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
+ Experience with MediaOcean and SAP preferred
+ Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills required.
+ Must be very detail oriented, display a strong work ethic, and work well both independently and within a team structure

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
