Supervises employees and serves the customer as a resource to service problems and/or questions. **Responsibilities:** + Communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms. Coordinates instrument ordering and tracking, ensuring timely set circulation. + Serves as a resource for instrument tracking and set optimization.
