Supervisor, Central Activation

PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace executing data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way. **Overview** We are seeking a **Client Operations Supervisor** to lead staffing, onboarding, and operational support for agency accounts. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a proactive approach to solving challenges. The ideal candidate will bring experience in digital media campaign management and a client-first attitude, with the ability to lead onboarding discussions, build agency proposals, and maintain highly organized workflows. **Responsibilities** + **Relationship Management** + Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, account teams, and global offshore teams + Serve as the primary point of contact for agency leads regarding Central Activation support and Publicis Groupe solutions + Tailor communication and materials to a variety of stakeholders and audiences + **Account Onboarding & Enablement** + Create comprehensive onboarding plans and lead onboarding presentations and discussions with agency teams + Ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts to the Central Activation model + Establish and refine workflows between agency and offshore teams for efficient campaign execution + **Operational Oversight** + Collaborate on scoping and staffing of global offshore resources to support agency needs + Monitor account health and provide proactive solutions to address performance or communication challenges + Facilitate feedback loops and manage escalations between agency and offshore teams + **Strategic Support & Growth** + Build detailed proposals and engagement plans tailored to agency needs + Identify areas for process improvement, innovation, and team development (e.g., support models, new channels) + Support rollout and adoption of new tools and solutions across agency teams **What We’re Looking For:** + Strong background in digital media campaign and/or account management + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple workstreams and stakeholders + Creative, proactive problem-solving approach with a solutions-focused mindset + Strong client service orientation and ability to manage complex relationships + Experience leading presentations, onboarding discussions, and proposal creation + Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree + Strong background in digital media (i.e. programmatic, search, social) and ability to speak about different channels with agency stakeholders + 3+ years of relevant experience in a client facing role in campaign management, account management or digital operations + Strong organizational and project management skills + Strong communication and client support skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must + Ability to act as a proactive part of the Publicis Media team, and to act as a self-starter in an environment that encourages creativity + Ability and desire to learn new technologies **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
