What will you do?Assist with team member scheduling, ordering, receiving, and drink menu development to support efficient and creative beverage operations Support inventory and financial reporting tasks, including end-of-month counts and reconciliation Ensure compliance with all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards Help train and coach team members, participate in counseling sessions, and assist with staffing level management based on business needs Monitor service areas, address guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure the venue is properly stocked and team appearance standards are met
More about youMust be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 1 year of successful supervisory or management experience, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues is highly preferred Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required
