Someone who demonstrates agility, accountability, collaboration, and transparency?An individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions?As the Supervisor, Billing Setup & Enrollment, you will be responsible for providing leadership, support and oversight to the Billing Setup & Enrollment team. This role will oversee and manage the workload and performance of the team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client setup, contract and lease setup, service fees setup, unit enrollments, contact maintenance, process auditing and responses to inquiries. The supervisor will direct and administer the day-to-day operations of the team, lead and support exception handling and root cause analysis, and drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and strategic project activities.

Oversee the end-to-end billing setup, enrollment, and activation processes, including handoff to the Billing Generation teamSupervise monthly billing cutoff activities to ensure timely task completion.Review billing errors and resolve discrepancies efficientlyMaintain and analyze team metrics and KPIs, such as queue volumes, timeliness, accuracy, and agingGenerate reports and provide actionable insights to drive performanceProcess Improvement & Technology
Leverage technology, process optimization, and workflow enhancements to increase scalability and meet service levelsCollaborate with the COE and Continuous Improvement teams to implement process improvements and automationConduct regular reviews of billing setup and enrollment processes to identify improvement opportunitiesEnsure all processes are documented and SOPs are currentCompliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting regulationsManage financial controls and billing governance for the Setup & Enrollment teamHandle audit requests from internal and external auditorsStakeholder Collaboration

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, and industry best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office SuiteStrong systems knowledge and aptitude for technologyProven leadership and team management skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationMaintains strong connections with team members and leadershipThe hiring base salary range for this position is $60,400 - $83,100 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
