Supervises and oversees day-to-day activities related to care of patients with mental health needs, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value quality care. Coordinates the assessment, treatment planning, and managing the disposition of patients including appropriate transfers depending on individual patient's needs. Establishes work priorities, and assists staff in resolving operational issues/problems. Enforces adherence to department, affiliate, operating unit, and/or system standards, policies and procedures, TJC standards, and applicable laws and regulations. Collaborates with others to coordinate services, streamline and standardize work flows and procedures, and/or drive positive outcomes. Develops relationships with mental health facilities/organizations within and outside the community to provide appropriate disposition of patients.Job Description:

Master's: social work, counseling, or related field.

Pay Range is $55.18 to $82.77 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
