We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of construction sitesCoordinate and supervise construction activitiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesSchedule and oversee subcontractors and laborersMonitor project progress and report status to stakeholdersConduct inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of workManage project budgets and resources effectivelyQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulationsExperience in Heavy Civil, Sitework, and Dirt projectsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
