Essential Skills + 5+ years of commercial construction experience. + Proficiency in construction management software. + Proven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. + OSHA 30 certification. Work Environment The work will be conducted onsite in Norfolk. This is an opportunity to help start a new region for a rapidly growing and expanding contractor. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
