We are seeking a skilled and driven Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee construction projects to meet deadlines and budget constraintsDevelop and manage project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractorsSupervise site activities, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with specificationsInterpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction executionEnforce safety standards and maintain a safe work environmentMonitor work to ensure it meets required standards and specificationsUse tools like AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for documentation and project trackingCoordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesRequired SkillsSuperintendent experience in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of construction management and supervisionProficiency with Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling toolsExpertise in blueprint reading, RFIs, change orders, and site developmentFamiliarity with OSHA standards and construction safety protocolsAdditional QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven leadership and team motivation abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsHigh attention to detail and time management
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
