Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent who will oversee day-to-day responsibilities in the field, including scheduling, subcontractor management, material ordering, permits, and budgeting. This role also involves processing paperwork, invoicing, meeting minutes, obtaining certificates of insurance, and handling owner contracts.

ResponsibilitiesManage scheduling and subcontractor coordination.Order and schedule materials efficiently.Handle permits and ensure compliance with regulations.Maintain and monitor project budgets.Assist with paperwork processing and invoicing.Document meeting minutes and obtain certificates of insurance.Manage owner contracts and project documentation.Essential SkillsProficiency in construction management and documentation.Experience with interior fit-out and renovations.Ability to schedule and manage construction projects.Knowledge of RFIs, change orders, and submittals.Commercial construction project management expertise.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Superintendent.Background in interior renovations and construction management.Work Environment

This position involves full-time field work, primarily on job sites in trailers or site offices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
