Superintendent – Commercial Tenant Improvement
A general contractor in Bellevue, WA is currently hiring for a Superintendent. This position will be a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This position does not support relocation, and the candidates must reside close to Bellevue, WA upon applying. This position requires at a minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision and has a high preference for candidates with experience in tenant improvement (TI), tilt-up, and ground-up projects.

Location - Bellevue, WA (On-site only)
Schedule - Standard Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
(Responsibilities)
• This candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of commercial TI construction sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing any issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
(Qualification Requirements)
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision (TI, tilt-up, ground-up)
• Proven ability to manage projects valued between $5–$10 million
• Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• No experience in TI, tilt-up, or ground-up projects
• No MS Project experience
• Less than 5 years of relevant experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $67.00/hr.
