Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee small commercial medical facility renovation projects in the DC and NOVA areas. This role involves managing the renovation of medical facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage small commercial medical facility renovation projects in DC and NOVA.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members.Essential Skills1.5+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent on relevant GC projects.Experience managing small interiors projects, preferably in medical or dental facilities.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with dental or medical facility renovations is preferred, but not required.Work Environment
The Superintendent will be on-site full-time, working closely with other team members. The role involves direct interaction with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on maintaining high safety standards and quality output.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
