The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to clients on schedule and within budget, while managing relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors, and colleagues. The role encompasses new construction and interior renovations, including embassies, multi-family units, commercial spaces, and interior fit-outs. Upcoming projects include a hospital and a school.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects on schedule and within budget.Manage relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors, and colleagues.Oversee new construction and interior renovations.Ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects.Facilitate collaboration and teamwork among project teams.Train and develop team members.Essential Skills5-15 years of General Contractor Superintendent experience in commercial construction.5+ years in the construction industry, with a track record of progressing from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent.Experience in client-facing roles and potential industry contacts.Proficiency in construction management and supervision.Expertise in subcontractor management and project management.OSHA 30 certification.Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in interior renovation.Willingness to attend office meetings as needed.Ability to train and develop team members.Capable of handling issues promptly and professionally.Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-oriented, requiring a high level of ownership for errors. The culture in both the office and on-site is collaborative, with teamwork being essential to meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality work. The role requires flexibility to be on-site or in the office as necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $56.00/hr.
