The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to clients on schedule and within budget, while managing relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors, and colleagues. The role encompasses new construction and interior renovations, including embassies, multi-family units, commercial spaces, and interior fit-outs. Upcoming projects include a hospital and a school.

The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-oriented, requiring a high level of ownership for errors. The role requires flexibility to be on-site or in the office as necessary.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $56.00/hr.
