Oversee all on-site construction activities with a focus on MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and controls)Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systemsReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittalsDevelop and maintain lookahead schedules and ensure alignment with the master project scheduleConduct daily site walks, safety audits, and quality control inspectionsLead MEP coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts in collaboration with the BIM/VDC teamEnsure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standardsTrack and report progress, issues, and changes to the project team and stakeholdersSkills

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business, engineering, construction management, building construction, or a related field. (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Minimum 3-5 years of electrical or construction experience in field operations, with a preferred concentration in large commercial construction projectsKnowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practicesExtensive knowledge of the electrical codeProject management training, experience, and skills. Understanding of the project life cycleExperience Level

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
