Description
+ Oversee all on-site construction activities with a focus on MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and controls)
+ Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
+ Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
+ Develop and maintain lookahead schedules and ensure alignment with the master project schedule
+ Conduct daily site walks, safety audits, and quality control inspections
+ Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts in collaboration with the BIM/VDC team
+ Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
+ Track and report progress, issues, and changes to the project team and stakeholders

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business, engineering, construction management, building construction, or a related field. (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
+ Minimum 3-5 years of electrical or construction experience in field operations, with a preferred concentration in large commercial construction projects
+ Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices
+ Extensive knowledge of the electrical code
+ Project management training, experience, and skills.
+ Understanding of the project life cycle

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
