Role Overview Our Office Manager provides essential administrative, accounting, customer service and logistical support to our teams of professional Designers, Installers, Production Crews and Management; and regularly goes the extra mile to create success. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order out of chaos, loves helping teams stay efficient and productive, and will be an outstanding contact for clients on the phone and in our showroom! Our ideal candidate is a problem solver, organized, thrives in a busy office setting, can learn and understand product features and enjoys taking the initiative. Key responsibilities: * Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and organized workspace * Track and manage inventory for office and business support needs * Act as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, contractors and clients * Process payments, receipts, A/P and some A/R * Installation Scheduling & Calendar Management * Assist in home shows and event prep organization and follow-up * Ensure the Showroom and samples are organized and ready for use * Administrative Team & Management Support, as needed * Support leadership with document preparation, vendor liaison, client communication and internal reports * Assist in on-boarding new employees, helping them get set up smoothly * Maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment * Manage updates to team schedules and client data with accuracy and expediency * Possess high emotional intelligence, maintain poise and have impeccable judgment under pressure * Proven ability to keep all information confidential, capable of handling sensitive and occasionally difficult situations or interactions * Able to work with a diverse group of people at all levels * Be resourceful, able to adapt to changing needs; regularly perform with a sense of urgency * Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills What you’ll bring * A minimum of 3+ years of success in Office Management, Administrative support or Sr. Executive Assistant * A ‘Can Do’ attitude * Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at once * A ‘people person’ approach to others * Strong verbal, written communication skills and strong people skills * Experience in calendar and schedule management * A proactive, problem-solving mindset - able to anticipate needs before they arise * A sense of urgency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * A team-player attitude, willing to go the extra mile for success * Experience in a fast-moving, fluid environment is a plus * Experience with social media use and posting is a plus Why join our team? * Competitive salary, based on experience * Flexible work environment * Great company culture! * Bonus opportunities * Clients Love Us!
