You will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the Macquarie wealth businesses and risk functions. You will be a trusted advisor within a team who are known and respected for providing prompt and high quality commercial legal advice.  What you offer

5-8 years’ PQE and deep expertise in superannuation law, in addition to a strong understanding of the SIS Act and Corporations Act (especially Chapter 7) and managing regulatory change Proven skills in interpreting and applying ASIC regulatory guidance and APRA Prudential Standards and Guidance Notes, particularly as they relate to superannuation Proficiency in advising on trust related matters including the management of trust property, fiduciary obligations and superannuation fund governance frameworks and policies Strong legal analysis, problem solving and writing skills to effectively advise the Wealth Management division on complex legal and risk issues Professionalism and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships with a focus on providing quality service.
