Job Summary
The Supervisor, Med Surg oversees the daily operations of the Medical-Surgical unit to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This role includes staff supervision, resource management, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. The Supervisor collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, promote a positive patient experience, and align unit goals with organizational objectives.

Associate Degree in Nursing required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred 2-4 years of clinical nursing experience in a Med-Surg or acute care setting required Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong clinical knowledge of Med-Surg nursing practices and patient care standards. Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to engage, mentor, and guide nursing staff. Ability to analyze and use data to drive improvements in patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage patient flow and unit operations. Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards applicable to the Med-Surg unit.Licenses and Certifications
