SUP Marketing Lead (Maternity coverage), MENAT Marketing team

As Amazon Web Services (AWS) continues to rapidly grow, we seek a marketing lead for the Startup business in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) to help drive the growth of our startup early stage customers. Your responsibilities will include management of 1P and 3P events, digital growth, incubation, nurture and user adoption of early stage (pre Series A) Startups ensuring they select AWS as their primary cloud provider. You will align closely with counterparts in marketing, business development, solution architecture and partner teams to lead seller engagement, internal lead interlocks, process improvement, and execution of coordinated go-to-market strategies and sales plays. You will work closely with the marketing teams who are driving strategic content, nurture streams, lifecycle communication and territory engagement to help drive top-of-funnel customer acquisition and accelerate customer growth in a low to no touch approach.
You will be at the heart of latest trends like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), serverless and IoT. Your customers leverage state-of-the-art technologies on AWS to innovate and become the next disrupters, like today’s Loveable, Airbnb Slack, DoorDash, and Lyft. You are passionate about startups, a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, execute against ambitious goals, and consistently embrace the Amazon Culture.
Key job responsibilities
· Ensure customer success with early-stage startups across MENAT
· Drive marketing attributed revenue and market share
· Develop the event strategy for MENAT to acquire new Startup leads
· Accelerate customer adoption through development of interlocks with sales engagements and ensure success of the Startup businesses GTM Strategy
· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets.
· Deliver detailed data analysis on key trigger points for Marketing injection into engagement models
· Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan in close partnership with the marketing team
