Manages coordinators schedules and workflows, including approving and modifying timecardsAssisting in compiling and reviewing metrics and reportsProviding performance feedback and coaching to coordinatorsRecommending solutions and process improvements based on analysis of feedbackIdentifying coordinator performance issues and working with your manager to design, implement and administer performance improvement plansManaging the interview and selection process for Recruiting Coordinator positionsManaging and delivers training and on-boarding for newly hired coordinatorsRespond to issue escalations in a timely manner and performs other duties as requiredWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Recruiting coordinator and/or other roles in recruitment/human resources 3+ years. Microsoft Office suite 1 year. HR Systems, experience with applicant tracking systemsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceTechnical skills: Extensive knowledge of recruiting coordinator function and/or recruitment processesSkills: Project management skills. Practical analysis and problem-solving skills. Influencing and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills.Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can maintain/manage confidentiality of personal and sensitive information. Can interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism.Travel Ability: Onsite Office environmentPreferred Qualifications
