How You'll Make an Impact

Customer Experience: Actively supporting and enhancing the customer experience by simplifying processes and providing exceptional service.Leadership and Motivation: Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team through effective coaching, mentoring, and development in a fast-paced call center environment.Sales Strategies: Developing innovative sales strategies and collaborating with marketing to achieve and exceed revenue and campaign goals.Performance Oversight: Overseeing daily sales activities, monitoring team performance, and implementing performance improvement plans to foster a positive sales culture.Administrative Management: Managing administrative duties, including staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews, while building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions

The role involves working in an office environment with moderate noise levels and may require occasional travel.

Required Qualifications

Education

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.

Experience

2+years of sales experience.1+ years in a supervisory role.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with voice, data and television products.

Skills& Abilities

Work independently and collaboratively.Supervise and motivate others.Communicate clearly both orally and in writing.Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.Resolve problems efficiently and handle requests or situations.Respond quickly to changing business needs.Proficient in using personal computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).Expertise in business-to-business sales.Ability to recruit, develop and optimize a team of sales professionals for success.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years post high school education.1+ years Supervisory or leadership preferably in an inside sales capacity.

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $39,900.00 and $65,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.


In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $30,000.
