Summer Trainee, IT Supply Chain Solutions
To work in the Supply Chain IT Team responsible for SC IT Portfolio management, including IT process descriptions. SC IT common structure AS/IS & TO/BE needs to be well planned together with key stakeholders.
What are the existing requirements for the documentation? Can AI be a tool to help us? What templates are needed? What are the archiving criteria?
Gap analyses on documentation improvement and documentation quality are also essential. The key focus is on functional and technical documents. Cooperation with Supply Chain key stakeholders is the key to success in this position.
You will be part of the Supply Chain IT team in Espoo, Finland. Partial remote work is also possible, but not full-time.
We’re looking for a motivated student in the second half of their Software Engineering, Development, Business, or related studies to work with us for 3 months during May/June–August 2025.
The Summer Trainee will be working in portfolio management development and continuous improvement. The trainee will also assist with data analysis and help develop documentation and information sharing across the entire KONE IT organization.

What we look for
