FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking an Intern for our Purchasing Team. The focus of this role will be to manage and maintain all contracts and award letters, manage tariff changes, and coordinate supplier samples for our our 40+ person purchasing team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop a solid core understand of the formal award process as part of the overall purchasing cycle.

Daily Responsibilities

Work with existing staff members collaboratively on the management of supplier accountsDraft, maintain, and manage all supplier contracts and award lettersLearn, understand, and apply legal knowledge within all official company communicationsManage Tariff reporting and handle mitigation actions Own overall samples and associated eboms Collaborate with multiple departments such as sales, program management, finance, and legal.
