Position: Summer Intern
Location: DIFC, Dubai
Start Date: Late July to Mid August 2025
Duration: 2 Months

About the Internship:

Marsh is excited to announce the launch of our Summer Internship Programme for 2025 within the Energy & Power team at our DIFC office. This structured internship is designed for motivated school leavers, current undergraduates, or recent graduates looking to enhance their career prospects in the insurance and risk solutions sector.

Interns will engage in project-based work, gaining valuable exposure to the wider Energy & Power insurance landscape while contributing to our business objectives. The internship will provide hands-on experience in client delivery and internal tasks, culminating in a final assessment.

Core Capabilities:

Higher education in STEM, Business, Economics, or Finance

Strong communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt

Motivation to succeed in a competitive environment

Requirements:

Right to work in the UAE

Ability to attend the DIFC office daily
