Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world._ **Summer Intern - Supply Chain - Colorado Springs, CO** Our Supply Chain intern will be responsible for data analysis of the materials process from production schedule -Sales, Inventory, and Operations plan (SIOP) to shipping products. They will work closely with operations leaders, material planners, schedulers, buyers, customer experience team and others to coordinate the flow of materials that achieve the company objectives relative to customer service, efficient resource/capacity utilization and inventory investment. _Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position._ **What You Will Do:** + Responsible to analyze data to provide scenarios that balance demand and supply while optimizing inventory and minimizing the impact of demand volatility. + Translate the monthly SIOP consensus plan by product family to detailed monthly, weekly scheduling plan to compare against capacity plan. + Works with Project Manager on team with process improvement. + Review data integrity of ERP planning item parameters.
