\n\nDocumentation of Service Management Department workflow\nAssist in implementing Information Security Awareness activities in collaboration with Information Security & Data Protection department\nDesign Global Service Now (GSN) forms to facilitate Self-Help IT service\nPreparation for the \"I Love IT\" event includes tasks such as designing posters and organizing activities\n\n

YOUR PROFILE

\n\nBachelor degree in Information Technology or related disciplines\nVideo shooting and editing skills are an advantage\nGood command of spoken and written English and Cantonese\nGood PC knowledge of MS Applications\n\n
