Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.You will be mainly accountable for:1.\tAssist in financial data processing and analysis, independently manage end-to-end processes including data cleansing, modeling, and report visualization.2.\tDevelop dynamic financial reports and management dashboards using BI to support business decisions.3.\tExplore automation tools (e.g., Power Automate/Power Apps/VBA) to optimize financial work-flows and improve efficiency.

Qualifications for the role

1.\tStrong logical thinking and fast-learning ability to adapt to new tools and business scenarios.2.\tProficient in BI and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.) with hands-on experience in data modeling and visualization.3.\tExcellent communication and teamwork skills.4.\tFamiliarity with Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, or VBA; prior experience in data analysis projects is a plus.5.\tBackground in finance, accounting, statistics, data analysis‌, or related fields is preferred.
