Your Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Activities Coordinator to join us at our Cambridge International Language Campus for the summer of 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a diverse range of activities that create a vibrant, engaging atmosphere for international students outside of class.  Your efforts will help foster a dynamic and enjoyable environment where students can connect and experience cultural enrichment. Reporting to the Activities Manager, you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism, setting an example for the EF Cambridge staff and ensuring an exceptional experience for all students. This is a full time, 6 days a week, fixed term role running throughout July and August, with permanent job opportunities post summer.  Responsibilities  Work alongside the Activities Manager and Activity Leaders to ensure the smooth operation of all activities and events Promoting activities and excursions daily Providing excellent customer service at the Activities Desk every day, problem solving and answering student questions with a happy demeanour Monitor and provide feedback to Activity Leaders and assist them during activities where necessary Ensuring the EF areas are set up for each activity and all supplies are ready Running and facilitating activities where help is needed Ensuring that all posters and advertisements for activities are consistently updated Monitoring and maintaining the Lounge/Club equipment and stock levels Assisting in welfare and discipline where necessary Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise  Requirements  Enthusiastic, organised and a natural leader A keen interest in events and activities Capable of using your own initiative Have the right to live and work in the country of employment Complete fluency in English Attend training prior to your contract commencing All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references  Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment   Why you will love working with EF  Continuous professional development Exposure to international business Work in a truly international environment   Regular social events   Ambition is nurtured and fast-tracked career enhancement opportunities are provided   Staff are encouraged to innovate, take ownership of their ideas and bring them to fruition   Global career opportunities  Employee Assistance Program Access to EF Hello language learning  EF Education First – Our History and Values Career Progression at EF   ------------------------------  EF is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  References will be followed up and will ask specifically whether there is any reason that the applicant should not be engaged in situations where they have responsibility for, or substantial access to, persons under 18.  Upon interview all gaps in CVs must be explained satisfactorily and proof of identity and, where applicable, qualifications will be required.  Appropriate suitability checks will be required prior to confirmation of appointment. EF is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to inclusion and belonging across race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, identity, parental status, experience, and everything else that makes you unique. #LI-PB1
