Summer 2026 Intern – Line Maintenance Engineer
As a 2026 Summer Intern - Line Maintenance Engineer at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Irving, TX, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the production line through hands-on involvement in the maintenance program and annual overhaul planning. You’ll collaborate closely with the Line Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner to implement and refine Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes that drive equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

As a Line Maintenance Engineer Intern you will:
Conduct preventative maintenanceSupport total productive maintenance (TPM) pillarsProvide line coverageAssist with overhaul preparationElements of the KDP 2026 Intern Program include:
Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environmentReceive mentor support for your professional developmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the businessTotal Rewards:
$31.00/ hourPaid bi-weekly$2,500 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Logistics or another related fieldExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changesStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
