THE POSITION Position Suites Supervisor Department Suites Reporting To Suites Manager, Suites Sr. Manager, Beverage & Premium Services Director Position Summary The Suites Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-of-event suite operations, ensuring service delivery meets Legends Hospitality standards across assigned premium areas. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising and supporting Suite Attendants, Runners, Porters, and Kitchen Leads, assisting with service recovery, managing suite readiness, and coordinating with culinary, pantry, and administrative staff. The Suites Supervisor must maintain a constant presence on the floor, provide coaching in real time, and proactively solve guest-facing and operational issues to ensure a seamless experience for all suite clients. Key Responsibilities

Supervise assigned suites and premium staff during events, ensuring compliance with service timelines, food safety, and alcohol regulations.

Conduct pre- and post-event walkthroughs of assigned suites for readiness, cleanliness, and inventory.

Provide in-the-moment coaching and performance feedback to team members.

Support suite openings, in-event service needs, VIP handling, and suite closings.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as required.

Coordinate with culinary teams, pantry coordinators, and runners to manage real-time food and beverage logistics.

Monitor the use and condition of equipment, inventory, and small wares.

Serve as a liaison between frontline staff and the Suites Manager / Sr. Suites Manager.

Ensure operational documentation (e.g., suite checklists, issue logs, stock reports) is completed accurately.

Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Valid Smart Serve certification required.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in hospitality or food & beverage.

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Understanding of food safety standards and premium service delivery.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Working Conditions

Seasonal Part-Time – Non-Unionized.

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time during events.

Fast-paced, high-volume event environment involving exposure to heated kitchen areas, stairwells, elevators, and suite spaces.

Frequent movement between suites, pantries, and service corridors.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
