THE POSITION Position: Suite Panty Coordinator Department: Suites Reporting To: Suites Kitchen Lead, Floor Supervisor, Suites Manager, & Suites Director Position Summary: The Suite Pantry Coordinator serves as a key operational contact between suite-level guests and the service team, managing real-time food and beverage requests during events at Rogers Centre. Working closely with Suite Attendants, Hosts, and Pantry Supervisors, this role ensures that guest orders are processed efficiently, accurately entered into the POS system, and routed appropriately for delivery. The coordinator will also assist with billing, paperwork verification, and communication of service instructions while maintaining a professional and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities + Provide elevated guest service by promptly managing suite-level food and beverage orders. + Receive orders via phone or through Suite Attendants and Hosts; accurately input all items into the POS system. + Print order chits and ensure order routing to appropriate staff for timely delivery. + Review suite order pick sheets and billing instructions to ensure accuracy. + Report discrepancies or issues to the Suite Supervisor. + Complete checklists including billing confirmations, guest notes, and special instructions. + Ensure POS printers are functioning and workstations are fully stocked before each event. + Close all bills and reconcile order records at the end of the event. + Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment. + Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications + Must be able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments. + Professional phone etiquette and clear verbal communication required. + Strong organization and attention to detail. + Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred. + Computer literacy required. + Ability to work well with diverse guests and colleagues. + Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required. + Must be at least 18 years of age. Working Conditions + Fast-paced premium suite environment. + Frequent communication with service team members across premium areas. + Requires availability during all home games and special events, including weekends and holidays.
