Overview Sugarloaf is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team player to join our Lift Operations crew this winter as a Lift Operations Supervisor. A Lift Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily work of our Lift Operators and Operators in Charge as well as assisting department management with various other on-hill and office responsibilities. The right candidate for this job will be safety conscious and will also be willing and able to be a creative problem solver on-hill as well as behind the scenes. Responsibilities Confirms lift status for the day Manages staff arrival Transports staff and equipment as needed Assists with morning set-up and line checks throughout the day Performs on the job training and lift inspections Responsible for employee conflict resolution Assists other mountain departments as needed to provide quality product and service Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience as a lift operator is essential, showcasing your dedication to mastering operational challenges in a mountain environment. Must be able to ski or ride, operate a snowmobile, and possess a valid driver's license
