Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Build SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding/Offboarding solutions that transform clients’ core Human Resources functions + Design, configure, and test prototype and production HR solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly + Manage client expectations, define the implementation strategy and document the client’s business needs and requirements + Link the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimize the Recruiting Management and Onboarding/Offboarding solutions + Manage the deliverables of the project throughout the implementation process • Build Test Scripts and Training Materials + Conduct Train-the-Trainer and System Administrator trainings **Required Experience:** + Experience in SAP Activate Methodology + Minimum of 4 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding/Offboarding implementation and support + SAP Certified Application Associate Certification for SuccessFactors Recruiter Experience/Onboarding 2.0 + Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office + Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience **Workplace type** **:** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
