Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing Strategies for Power-related Infrastructure, Applications: Build strategies for clients in designing and technically building out infrastructure, applications, and power-related management. Defining and Detailing IBM Power Solutions: Design feasible IBM Power solutions that complement and enhance clients' existing tech stacks. Delivering Proof of Concepts: Deliver proof of concepts and simplify complex technical subjects for client education. Building Credibility and Trust: Through consultative methods at all levels, both internally and externally, to facilitate the closure of highly complex Cloud technology deals. **Required technical and professional expertise** * More than 5 years of experience in configuration and implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for Canada * Had an experience in leading a team * Must have an experience in Successfactors Employee Central Core and Payroll * Experienced in any of the following: Employee Central with Reporting, Time Off and RBP **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
