Success Track Guest Experience Coordinator Business Unit United Wholesale Mortgage Location US-MI-Pontiac  

United Wholesale Mortgage offers world class training to our external clients through Success Track. Just as we provide our clients with unmatched client service throughout our loan process when clients are on campus we want to make sure we do the same. We need someone that lives and breathes all the UWM values and has a passion for client service for both our external clients and internal sales team. We are hiring a Guest Experience Coordinator to ensure our clients and AEs receive the red carpet treatment, space, supplies, and resources to elevate our clients experience while on campus. The ideal applicant loves helping UWM clients and team members and enjoys balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Daily greeting and supporting clients upon arrival and departure from UWMAssisting clients during check-in on all campusesAssisting clients during breaks from class with any questions and directionsAssisting clients during lunch and UWM team meetupsConducting multiple client toursPreparing swag bags and t-shirts for Success Track classesResponsible for physical setup of training spaces, which may include ensuring the presence of video setup and any handout documentation WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications: 

Excellent organization skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet often short deadlinesand tasksExcellent client service skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals by phone, e-mail and in person, always with a YES mentalityAbility to maintain and show a very positive attitude and demeanorin stressful situationsAbility to work professionally and effectively with our leaders at multiple levelsProven problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit team and company goalsAbility to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks as well as routinely prioritize among multiple tasks daily and weeklyAbility to work independently after direction from leadership as well as work closely with all Sales Training teams and Account ExecutivesComputer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelOnsite attendance RequiredHigh School Diploma9 months minimum UWM employment
