As a substitute teacher, you will step into various classrooms and provide instruction in the absence of the regular teacher. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a positive learning atmosphere and ensuring that educational objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: + Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher. + Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, respectful environment. + Engage students in learning activities and encourage participation. + Communicate effectively with students and staff. + Provide feedback on student performance and classroom activities. + Ensure the classroom is left in good order at the end of the day.
