Job Description

ServiceNow is currently seeking an exceptional Subscription and Compliance Analytics Manager to join our Subscription & Compliance Analytics team in Amsterdam/Dublin/Munich offices.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the team that monitors our customer's usage; partnering with Sales, Customers, and multiple internal teams to drive our revenue growth and create a positive customer and sales experience.

In this role you will....
 

Undertake responsibility for running compliance reports on subscription usage across customers globally, interpreting usage and reviewing contractual data to help them understand their usage of the ServiceNow Platform.Proactively work on accounts with overages to facilitate compliance revenue generation, as well as to enable sales teams around use verification tools, compliance status of their customers and true-up opportunities.Work closely with sales team and participate in internal customer meetings and calls wherever applicable to discuss licensing & usage.Enable and support the sales team by identifying and driving the revenue sourced by over-utilization of ServiceNow platform.Work with Business Intelligence team on ways to improve use verification & compliance on future developments of the ServiceNow platform.Lead problem identification, and deliver individual and group projects to improve current processes and develop new practices.Meet and shoulder responsibility for all business SLAs and operational KPIs related to compliance processes.Maintain ongoing documentation for internal teams and the customers.Enable cross-functional teams on best practices around compliance and use verification processes.Identify manual processes for improvement and automation, assist in developing and executing test plans on new functionality for as a part of UAT (agile process)

Qualifications

Experience Required:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.Fluency in business German, written and spokenMBA with minimum 6-8 years’ strong experience in data analytics, operations, or similar roles, preferably in software industryStrong verbal and written communication and excellent presentation skillsSignificant experience of working with end customersExposure to working cross-functionally with different teams and nationalitiesAbility to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise mannerStrong interpersonal skills with a penchant for problem solvingSolid understanding of cloud application technologies and conceptsAbility to work well with others, objectivity with excellent attention to detailAdvanced skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio or similar productsStrong analytics background: fluency in Excel and working with large data sets is a must, while exposure to BI Tools is preferredWillingness to assist wherever help is needed

 

Desired Skills & Experiences:

Experience in compliance, audit and/or usage verification roleExperience with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, CQual, Snowflake, SAP Hana, etc.)Certification in Project Management methodologiesWorkflow design, project management, and/or Agile SDLC experiencePrior experience using the ServiceNow platformPrior experience as a user or administrator of cloud-based License Entitlement, CRM and/or PRM solutions
