Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about construction materials and project coordination? As a Submittal Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between manufacturers, engineers, and project teams—ensuring the right materials are selected, documented, and approved on time.
ResponsibilitiesCreate polished material submittal packages that meet project specifications and engineer expectations with accuracy and compliance.Track pricing, resolve data inconsistencies, and maintain organized records to support smooth project execution.Engage with suppliers to confirm material suitability, availability, and delivery timelines, keeping projects on schedule.Help stakeholders make informed decisions by guiding them through material options and technical considerations.Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Sales teams to learn about construction materials and contribute to smarter purchasing decisions.Essential SkillsStrong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with construction documentation and specificationsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesA proactive mindset and willingness to learnAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with data entry and basic pricing analysis (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OfficeExperience in project coordination, administrative support, and supply chainProfessional and confident attitude with a desire for advancement and continuous learningWork Environment
The position is fully onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
