**Your role and responsibilities**
Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g., slides, after action reports, minutes).
Coordinate and collaborate with Government personnel in the development, implementation and execution of Operations strategy, policy, guidance and programmatic criteria.
Perform Operations program analysis and generate trend, compliance and requirements presentation materials, and reports, support the planning and development of Operations programs and collaborate across the AF and with other DoD agencies to support AF program efforts and mission requirements. These include, but are not limited to, programs involving appropriated funds, non-appropriated funds, Defense Logistics Agency administered programs, various energy-related programs, and Operations policy supporting overseas contingency
The Contractor shall coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain CE Operations governance and programmatic documents (e.g., DAFIs, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), policies, procedures, etc.); action plan(s) recommendations; task and inquiry responses; and issue resolution action plan(s) under AF/A4C program management oversight.
Track and analyze compliance trends in Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) communicator/checklists related to Operations DAFIs.

**Required technical and professional expertise**
* 6 years of experience as an analyst or program manager in an Air Force Staff function (HAF, MAJCOM, AFCEC, AFIMSC)
* Civil engineering knowledge in areas and AF installation level organization is required
* Previous installation-level Civil Engineer Squadron experience (military or civilian) is highly desired
* Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance from the US federal government
