Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLC programming and WinCC SCADA & OA systems to support automation projects, system integration, and operational excellence. The SME will provide technical leadership, design input, and troubleshooting expertise across multiple Building automation initiatives.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Pan India Technical support to regional technical & sales team on PLC & Scada solution offerings.• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs (Siemens S7 various PLC, TIA Portal, etc.).• Configure and maintain WinCC SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control.• Lead technical reviews and provide expert guidance on automation architecture.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.• Develop and maintain documentation including functional design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.• Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to PLC and SCADA systems.• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity protocols.• Support commissioning and site acceptance testing (SAT/FAT).________________________________________Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, or related field.• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs and WinCC SCADA systems.• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, OPC, etc.).• Experience in HMI development, alarm management, and data logging.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Strong communication and documentation abilities.________________________________________Preferred Skills:• Experience with other SCADA platforms (e.g., Win CC & Win CC OA ).• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIoT, and digital transformation initiatives.• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments.
