Job Description

Imagine contributing to the global fight against Financial Economic Crime (FEC) and safeguarding Rabobank’s license to operate. As a Risk Control Partner, you are the Subject Matter Expert on risk and compliance policies within the FEC domain. You translate complex regulatory requirements into practical frameworks and help the organization manage risks effectively.

You and your job

The FLR Center of Expertise & Reporting (FLR CoE) department ensures quality and consistency in risk management activities throughout the FEC domain, drives the continuous improvement and provides senior management with overall insights in risk developments, control effectiveness, finding progress, incidents and providing expertise on risk management.

You will be part of FLR CoE Risk and Compliance (FLR CoE R&C) which ensures the quality and consistency of risk management across the FEC domain. Within the R&C team, you collaborate with other experts to embed risk awareness into daily operations. You contribute to a mature risk culture and support the organization in complying with laws and regulations.

Practical Examples

Act as subject matter expert on themes such as Privacy and Record Keeping;

Assist in the implementation of new risk and compliance policies;

Facilitate and challenge the Risk Control Framework for the FEC domain;

Conduct risk analyses and impact assessments;

Collaborate closely with first and second line stakeholders;

Actively contribute to a strong chain-wide collaboration and a positive, inspiring team culture.

The 19 people in department FLR CoE are responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality and consistency of the Risk & Control Activities of the FEC domain, including reporting and including W&R and Subsidiaries. You and your talent

At least 5 years of experience in risk management and control frameworks;

Preferably, proven knowledge of Privacy legislation (e.g. GDPR) and Record Keeping;

Strong communication skills and organizational sensitivity;

A connector with analytical strength and a results-driven mindset;

Experience within Rabobank or in the FEC domain is a plus;

Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;

A fast learner with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.

What we offer you

a gross monthly salary between € 4.515 and € 7.687 (scale 9 or 10)

Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

an extra budget of 10% of your gross monthly salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.

A combination of working from home and at the office (hybrid)

36-hour working week.
